Due to demand The Fuller Border is now available in a 1x4 inch rectangle. This border is set up as an applique process.  If you would like to hot cut the border, you can remove the first two steps, or allow them to run. 

Files are presented for use.  By purchasing these files you agree that you will not share, reverse engineer, or sell files. Doing so is a violation of contract and can result in legal action.  You may use files to create items for sale.
